NCF-SHRM is affiliated with the national organization known as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM national has over 155,000 student and professional members from around the world. After touring our site, feel free to visit the SHRM site, which you’ll find under Industry Links on our main page. As an affiliate of SHRM National, NCF-SHRM is designated as Chapter #0216. With over 140 members, we are a medium size chapter representing a cross section of both small and large employers/companies in North Central Florida.
